Our engineers and design team work side by side with our clients to ensure that every specification and requirement is considered and met, and then our technicians deliver a superior product. At the end of the design and engineering process, the production phase begins, and our technicians prepare the materials for the winding process. We inspect all materials for any defects, damage, or quality control issues. After passing inspection, the assembly process starts. The technician assembles the lamination stacks and selects the correct wire, and then the winding itself begins. The technician performs the final procedures based on the customer requirements so we can verify all specifications are met. At the end of the production process, we meticulously check the winding for any defect. We do all we can to ensure that we meet or exceed our customer’s expectations.
